Speaking of colors, let me tell you a story.

I turned 64 this summer. As a birthday present, I asked my sister for a set of watercolors—something I’d always wanted to try. My self-promise was simple: Play. Be creative. Be messy. Don’t be perfect. Simply follow what guides me and see what happens.

I began with a small set of paints and brushes, a few watercolor pencils and some blank pads of paper. I then bought a book, watched some videos, and began learning to paint – freely, intuitively, without needing to know what I was doing.

That’s the approach I’ll bring to coaching you – structured spontaneity. This methodology draws on decades of clinical wisdom and organizational experience. I follow the thread of what’s emerging at every moment. I listen and teach. I value the tension between the driven professional and the vulnerable human. I remain attuned to the clear signal inside the fog. I track the music under the words, hearing each instrument playing its part.

High-touch coaching isn’t transactional. It’s not about quick fixes or generic strategies. It’s deeply relational, creative, and personal. It’s about developing insight and traction into the most complex parts of your inner life and outward manifestations. It’s where identity, emotion, and performance converge.
